Leeds City Council’s
Online Leisure Centre Bookings

Terms and Conditions

  1. The term ‘cardholder(s)’ refers to a person or persons who have a valid Leeds Card, Bodyline Card, Junior Bodyline Card, Breeze Card, Induction Card or Corporate Sport Pass.
  2. The term ‘card’ refers to a valid Leeds Card, Bodyline Card, Junior Bodyline Card, Breeze Card, Induction Card or Corporate Sport Pass.
  3. The term ‘card type’ refers to the privileges of the various cards available. Certain activities may not be available to book depending on which card type you have.
  4. The booking rights of the cardholder are only applicable to whom the card has been issued. It is strictly non-transferable and is not to be used on behalf of any other person.
  5. Corporate Sport Pass holders will only receive a discounted price on activities which their scheme entitles them to in accordance with the company agreement. All other activities will be charged at full price.
  6. When arriving at the leisure centre to take up your booking, cardholders must produce their card to the receptionist. Full payment must be made at the leisure centre before the activity starts.
  7. Leeds Card and Leeds Card Extra discount will only be applicable if 50% of players participating in the activity have the appropriate discount card. Each card must be presented at the reception at the time of payment.
  8. Cardholders are able to book 8 days ahead. The last book ahead day becomes available at 9:00am.
  9. Cardholders may only book 1 activity per timeslot for any given day and for any leisure centre (e.g. if you book a badminton court for Monday at 10:00am you cannot also book a squash court for Monday at 10:00am). This is to prevent activities being booked on behalf of any other person. You are not permitted to make further bookings by telephone or in person.
  10. You cannot cancel a booking online. Cancellations can only be made by telephone or in person at the leisure centre you have booked to play at.
  11. Customers will not be charged for cancelling a booking, provided that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling a booking will result in the full activity fee being charged, if the place is not re-let. Availability of other places for the same timeslot will be taken into consideration.
  12. Activities booked by juniors, when logged in using a valid Breeze Card, will be charged at the junior price where applicable.
  13. Juniors can book activities using a valid Junior Induction Card but will be charged at the adult price. To receive the junior price, bookings must be made using a valid Junior Bodyline Card or Breeze Card.
  14. Leeds City Council may from time to time send you information and offers about events and services provided by the Department of City Development, or discounts and special deals for Leeds Card, Bodyline Card, Junior Bodyline Card, Breeze Card, Induction Card or Corporate Sport Pass holders only by organisations participating in the scheme.
  15. Leeds City Council reserves the right to refuse entry to its premises.
  16. Leeds City Council reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without prior warning. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the online bookings website.
