does not entitle you to the junior prices and you will
be charged the adult price.
As a parent, can I book junior activities on behalf of my children, using my Leeds Card, Bodyline Card, Induction Card or Corporate Sport Pass?
No, this would select an incorrect price; you must book with your child's Junior Bodyline Card or Breeze Card.
My postcode is not being accepted when I attempt to log in. Why is this?
This may be due to an error on our system and we will need to verify your details.
If you have a Leeds Card or Breeze Card, please telephone 0113 2243636.

You will still be able to book for the activity by telephoning or visiting the leisure centre directly.
Why can't I see my postcode as I type it on the Log In screen?
This is similar to a password and for security purposes, asterisks replace the information you type in.
How do I cancel a booking once I have submitted it?
Bookings can only be cancelled by telephoning or visiting the leisure centre where you have booked your activity.
Can I book online 24 hours a day?
Bookings and booking enquiries cannot be made between the hours of 2:00am and 5:00am.
Our system is being backed up during this time.

You can book 8 days ahead.
The last book ahead day becomes available at 9:00am. This is the same as if you made a booking by telephone or in person.
How many courts or class places can I book per timeslot per day?
You may only book 1 activity per timeslot for any given day and for any leisure centre
(e.g. if you book a badminton court for Monday at 10:00am you cannot also book a squash court for Monday at 10:00am).
You will not be able to make further bookings by telephone or in person.
What is the latest I can book an activity, prior to its start time?
You can book up to thirty minutes before the activity starts.
Why am I unable to book some activities online but can book them at the leisure centre?
Some activities require customers to complete an application form, such as an induction or party.
The receptionist will be able to explain fully when you telephone or visit the leisure centre.
What are the 'Basket' and the 'Checkout'?
All the items you book are stored in the Basket until you are ready to go to the Checkout, where you can complete your booking.
Why are some timeslots blank?
If a timeslot is blank, it mean the activity is not available at that time.
How can I view my future bookings?
Click the ‘View My Bookings’ button on the Centre
screen. This will provide you with a list of all your
future bookings at any of the leisure centres. These may
have been booked online, in person or by telephone. The
bookings you are in the process of making will not show
in this list until you have completed the booking
process.
How do I log out of online bookings?
Clicking the ‘Log Out’ button at anytime during your booking will cancel the booking process
and return you to the Log In screen. If the booking screen is inactive for more than 5 minutes
